
Nowadays, I think health is far more important than wealth. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing. How can we keep healthy? Many be you have a lots of way can keep healthy. But I think, do some exercise is most effective way.
People always said Life lies in movement. As a high school student of freshman, I do sports one or two hours a day, such as doing morning exercises, playing basketball, long-distance running, playing ping- pong and so on.
My favorite sport is playing basketball. I like it because it’s exciting and good for my health. I usually play basketball with my classmates on the playground after school. In the weekend I even play basketball every day. Sometime with my good friend, or sometime practice with my parents. Basketball is a team game. Just like NBA star said in the adidas: the game is five people. Maybe you can chop down 50cens, but you can’t control the whole game. You have to pass ball to your teammates and make good chance. So I gained the teamwork is very important in the basketball playground and some else place. But basketball game is intense .so the inevitability is you may will be injured. Four week ago ,I sprain my foot(now is already ok). So I think learn how to protect yourself in the basketball game is a important. You must don’t want to dot and go one every day, alright?
And I also enjoy playing ping-pong. Table tennis is called CHINESE BALL. Because almost every Chinese people can play it. I play table tennis since 5 years old. Table tennis is a single game, it can practice your reaction. It is easier than basketball. I like it.
Actually my inborn health is not good. I used to fail in sick . hospital like me another home. I often ask for leave in P.E. when I was a schoolchild . But when I grow up ,I fall in love with sport. So I am stronger than before. So I hope all of us can take an active part in sports , and also I wish everybody good health. because people’s health is essential in modern life.
In conclusion, if we often do some exercise, we will lead a healthy life! Doing sports is a good way to relax and keep fit. What’s more? A healthy body can help us study better and live a happier life.
